NotiFire is the app released by the Italian National Fire and Rescue Service that warns you about nearby assistance interventions.
It's a service aimed at both your safety and at reducing the load on emergency phone lines when teams have already been alerted.
NotiFire is not a replacement for official communications by authorities in charge of informing citizens of hazards or otherwise dangerous situations about natural calamities (Italian law n. 265/99, art. 12 and subsequent reviews).
The National Fire and Rescue Service explicitly declines any liability for the application and its usage by the user.
