NovusMED Driver 2.0

NovusMED Driver is the single, multi-tenant in-vehicle application available via the Simpli and NovusMED platforms. It is designed to meet the requirements of organizations of all sizes within the non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) ecosystem, including brokers, providers, managed care organizations (MCOs), and PACE programs. No matter if you’re a small provider powered by the intuitive Simpli platform or a large enterprise organization running the comprehensive NovusMED suite, this app keeps your drivers seamlessly connected to every aspect of your transportation operations.

NovusMED Driver is available in three modes:

1. 3rd Party Mode: Used by third-party transportation providers, this mode offers brokers insight on how trips are progressing.
2. Managed Mode: Used when you have your own fleet to manage and need a way to communicate with all your drivers and vehicles.
3. Simpli Mode: Used to manage daily trip manifests, communicate in real time with dispatch, and ensure seamless ride completion data flows back into your Simpli platform.
