NPPF App

The NPPF App for Apple iPad2/3/4/iPad Air and iPhone 4S/5/5S/6/6 Plus using iOS 8 or later.

The NPPF App features the National Planning Policy Framework. This sets out the Government’s planning policies for England and how these are expected to be applied. This planning is to help achieve sustainable development.

The App also features Planning Practice Guidance which is revised and updated to make it accessible.

There is also a selection of Other Planning Policies available featuring; Waste Policy, Travellers Policy, Planning for Schools Development policy, Section 106 planning obligations on small-scale sites policy, Sustainable Drainage Systems policy, Parking and Starter Homes policy.

Technical Guidance provides additional guidance to local planning authorities to ensure the effective implementation of the planning policy set out in the National Planning Policy Framework on development in areas at risk of flooding and in relation to mineral extraction.

An optional list of "Favourite" items may be created from an Index or Search result across all of its contents.

The Dates tab in the bottom toolbar contains the Adjournment Dates calculator. This displays dates from 1 - 24 weeks in advance for an Adjournment/Short Disqualification. The number of Days for each Week is also displayed to help plan for a court hearing should it adjourned. The Community Order displays LASPO 2012 dates up to 36 months in advance.
