This app keeps customers in touch with the home remediation professionals working for them.
The home remediation professional sends the customer a login password, linking the customer into information exchanges about the work being assessed or being done.
The customer logs in, and has ongoing access to information about their project, including notifications of upcoming appointments and activities.
From the professional provider's own central system, a secure, customer-specific video call can be initiated, and the customer is notified that the call is available to join.
Then the customer logs into the NSTRUC Customer Support App to obtain a direct connection into the live, secure video call - putting the professionals remotely inside the home - without actually having to physically be onsite.
The video calls are secure, archived, and available to the customer for their own records.
The customer can hang up on the video call at any time.
In future releases of the app, customers will be able to schedule their own video calls, and send messages, photos, and other information to their work providers, through the app.
