It's a game of strategy with a little bit of chance. This is a 2-player game, where players randomly pick a number tile one to nine and place them on a 3 by 3 grid. The goal is to avoid placing a number adjacent to a consecutive number and strategize to force your opponent to place consecutive tiles next to each other.
