Once you join a challenge, you will get daily tasks. You will be able to complete these tasks by sending a photo or using your Health app (HealthKit) to track progress in tasks like steps per day, exercise minutes, calories and or distances.

If you have an Apple Watch you can complete workout tasks using the workout app.
