The NZ Relay app is for people who are Deaf, hard of hearing, deafblind or speech-impaired who want to make and receive phone calls on the go.
There are two types of calls you can make through this app.
Text Relay
Text your part of the conversation to a relay assistant, who will speak on your behalf and text you the responses of the other person.
Captioned Relay
Speak and listen on a phone call and use the app to read the captions of the other person as they speak to you.
The app, and calls you make while using this app, are free. However this app will use your mobile data or internet connection.
