Do you have opportunities outside of the United States and Canada?

Right now, the vast majority of our observations are currently in the United States and Canada. Observa is always working to get additional clients, in order to provide more opportunities for our international secret shoppers. If you turn your notifications on, you'll be notified when there are new opportunities near you. In the meantime, you should check out our paid photo challenges. We run these every few weeks, and they can be completed from anywhere.

If Observa rejects an observation, do you still send the data to the customer?

Never! Observa only wants to pass along high-quality data to our customers, so we discard data from rejected observations. We only reject an observation if the Observer didn’t follow the instructions correctly. Observa wants to accept observations, because we both lose money and time whenever an observation is rejected. Right now, more than 90% of observations are accepted.

Can I really use Observa to earn Bitcoin?

Totally! As a company, we think that crypto is cool! Observa uses Coinbase, so you can actually get paid in your preferred cryptocurrency. Coinbase supports Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litcoin, and more!
