As this is an Alumni App which belongs to the Old Cottonians Association, India or OCA India, exclusively run by & for the Alumni of the students of Bishop Cotton School, Shimla, more popularly called as the ‘Old Cottonians’ or simply ‘OCs.

OCA India, which is one of the oldest Alumni Association amongst all boarding schools in the country, was founded on 13th May, 1910, in 'Shimla's Freemason's Hall', by Seventeen ambitious young old students, who rose to a formidable 101 OCs, in mere three years since the inception of the Association.

In our endeavour to establish an everlasting bond of union among the OCs, both young and old, we offer this “OCA App”, to bring Old Cottonians from all over the world on a common platform, so as to strengthen the Fellowship and Objectives of OCA, India, with a promise to our School that, "Should anything arise to occasion a demand for the active services of its Old Boys, the school has the satisfaction of knowing a number of them are to hand, not only willing but pledged, to assist by every means in their power".
