Odin Coach - Paddle Assistant

Paddle Coach Assistant is a utility for tracking and analyzing kayak and canoe training. Ideal for athletes, coaches, and enthusiasts, it offers two training modes: indoor (ergometer) and outdoor (river/lake). The design is simple and realistic, using blue, light blue, and white tones.

On the main screen, users see a kayak and canoe image. The top-right button toggles sound; the top-left leads to “Results and Achievements” with graphs by day, week, or month. In the bottom-right corner, the “Info” button includes: rate app, share, privacy policy, and terms of use.

In indoor mode, users can plan and track workouts, learn about muscle engagement, and get tips on warm-up, technique, breathing, clothing, hydration, and safety. Beginners start with 5–10 minutes, gradually increasing intensity. After setting the date, time, and duration, users can start or schedule the session. A timer and hydration reminders help during the workout; results can be saved afterward.

In outdoor mode, users get guidance on entering the boat, paddling, and safety rules: wearing a life jacket, checking gear, and avoiding bad weather. After training, users should rinse and clean the boat, dry it, and store it properly.
