Hi, I'm Andrew. I'm a software engineer who grew up loving technology, but these days I don't always love how it fits into my life.

I tried to set boundaries for how often I use my phone, but it was hard not to wonder about what I could be missing. I realized: I don't want to unplug completely, but I don't want these apps to have first dibs on every spare moment of my time, either.

And I figured changing that would be a lot easier if I wasn't doing it alone.

So I built Offline Project: my experiment to make it easier for people to take a break, together.

JOIN WEEKLY COMMUNITY SESSIONS
Every Saturday and Sunday morning at 9:00am, join the entire Offline Project community and automatically go offline together. You choose how long - from just one hour to the entire day.

AUTOMATIC APP BLOCKING
Select which apps you want to block, and Offline Project handles the rest. Your chosen apps - and their websites - are automatically blocked during sessions. Log in on all your devices and Offline Project will block your apps on each of them.

CREATE YOUR OWN SESSIONS
Want to set your own schedule? Create a private session and invite friends and family to join you. Perfect for community events, no-screen Saturdays at home, or anytime you and your crew want to unplug together.
