In Ohio the county number appears on a sticker affixed to the lower left-hand corner of the plate.
Ohio PlateFinder will help you learn about and appreciate Ohio geography and history by noting the codes on Ohio license plates you see while traveling in Ohio and elsewhere. The app shows where each county is located. It also links to additional information about each county and its county seat.
