What is it about?

Mobile Application (Mobile App, App) is available in two languages Arabic and English. During installation, app-user gets an option to select the language of his choice. A mobile number provided by a registered ISP in Oman is a mandatory requirement to fulfill the dual authentication process, where user must enter the OTP sent to the given mobile number and create his User-Profile and passcode. There are more security features available for the users like Finger Print Unlock and Face Unlock for ease of use. App-user will be logged out in case the App session is inactive for more than a specified time. Mobile App uses secured API’s mechanism to communicate with the backend-servers to fetch or submit the user details.

App Store Description

Mobile Application (Mobile App, App) is available in two languages Arabic and English. During installation, app-user gets an option to select the language of his choice. A mobile number provided by a registered ISP in Oman is a mandatory requirement to fulfill the dual authentication process, where user must enter the OTP sent to the given mobile number and create his User-Profile and passcode. There are more security features available for the users like Finger Print Unlock and Face Unlock for ease of use. App-user will be logged out in case the App session is inactive for more than a specified time. Mobile App uses secured API’s mechanism to communicate with the backend-servers to fetch or submit the user details.
During installation process, First, an App-user must go through and accept the company’s Data Privacy policy and Terms of use of the Mobile App. Second, it asks to grant permission to send regular service notification and use mobile camera/album during upload the various documents/ images to fulfill the type of user-request requirements.
From the App Dashboard/ login-page, the Mobile-App user would enquire about the company details through various pages like “About us”, “News & Updates”, “Gallery” and available product details or offers. App is using Web-light-weight advertisement images to enhance the App performance.
The App-user may be notified by the company as a prospective client or an existing customer. Further, the existing customers can raise service requests like “No Objection Certificate”,” Release Letter” for their existing Loans and track them. Existing customers can use the option “Loan Profile” to view their loan details or balances.
To facilitate the users, Mobile App has an EMI Calculator, where the App-user can calculate their eligible loan amount (and / or) estimated monthly installments.
Mobile App is listing contact details (like contact numbers, email address, WhatsApp numbers) to reach the Support-team.
New Mobile-App builds will be released time-to-time where App-user has to update the app version before using.
