Oh My Jobs is designed for employers as an easy-to-use, cost-effective, real-time marketplace for temp recruitment and flexible workforce solutions. It directly connects employers with temporary and casual workers, eliminating the middle man.

Use this app to:
- Stay informed: Receive alerts for your contractors and shifts, including real-time contractor ETA updates, clock-in/clock-out, and invoice approvals.
- Manage your schedule: View your schedule of upcoming shifts and past shifts. See their assignment status, ETA status, invoice status, and more!
- Manage jobs and shifts: Add or update jobs and shifts. Specify your job requirements, location, etc… Then add shifts so that contractors know when work is available. Published shifts are visible in search results right away, so you just wait for the contractors to start applying.
- Manage your contractors: Select contractors based on your job criteria, review applicants, and offer them shifts. You can also Favourite contractors for future selection.
- Review contractor invoices: Review, approve and request adjustments to contractor invoices. Or just leave it up to us - we’ll auto-approve them after 24 hours!
- Rate contractors: Build trust and share your experiences by rating contractors at the end of each shift.
- Chat: Message assigned contractors any time before their shift starts right up until their invoice is approved.
