O'Neil has a long and successful history with mobile applications. oneilMobile takes the next technological step by utilizing the Apple iOS operating system with its new records management app for facilities using O'Neil Software's RS-SQL© or oneilCloud™ applications. Designed for operational excellence inside and outside the record center, oneilMobile offers the freedom and choice of the iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch devices.

Record Center Operations Functionality Includes:
• Picklists which are downloaded to the handhelds by oneilMobile. Warehouse staff use picklists to find needed end user assets for delivery orders. Picklist capabilities also include Add Related, In Research, and Substitute.
• Scan Refile which ensures items returning to the warehouse are properly placed in the originating container for future access.
• Multi User Support allows for a warehouse staff to finish an activity that was started by a fellow staff member on the same mobile device.

Route Operations Functionality Includes:
• Workorder Detail which provides instructions to route drivers when making Deliveries and Pickups to end user customers - including contact individual, site address, and associated phone number.
• Delivery and Pickup Validations are key for chain of custody tracking and to provide proof positive that assets have been delivered and or picked up. With signature capture, record center staff have a tangible record of completed activities. Included with this feature is the ability to email this electronic receipt to the end user customer.
• Truck Validation which ensures a warehouse driver has all required assets before leaving the record center warehouse.
• Return Date allows for assets to be pre-scheduled for pickup or delivery at a later date.

End User Functionality Includes:
• Ability to place Pickup and Delivery requests.
• Extensive Searches for - Items, Order Status, Tracking Number, Batch Number, Order By, Order Date, and Service Priority.
• Ability to Save Searches.
