OneSpeak

OneSpeak is an elderly care tool and helps the elderly to convey the message to the caregiver easily. The elderly generation with savvy-tech but having a speaking problem can use the tool to communicate effectively. Reduce the unhappy or bad emotion when fail to communicate.

The tools allow change language if the users would like to change the language for the caregiver. The setting screen allows emergency contact setup and allows reset the data which will delete all the records that had been set up.

Users provided pre-set 3 groups which are Food, Drink, and Apparel. In each group, they are 3 items already pre-set. Users can customise to add the group and items. The app allows taking a photo or chooses the picture from the user’s phone gallery.

How to use:
1. Open the app
2. Press the Setting Button, ensure the correct speak language is selected, and enter the Emergency Contact Number.
3. Click on the Save button will back to the home screen.
4. Enter the Text and press the speaker button on the right to communicate.
5. Press the SOS button to trigger alarm sound, press again the SOS button to stop.
6. Press the Call button to trigger the emergency call.
7. Press the Plus sign button to add a new custom group.
8. Enter the group name and the text to speech.
9. Press the upload button to choose the picture from the gallery or take a picture.
10. After obtaining the picture, press the Add New Group button to save.
11. All preset groups come with 3 preset items except the custom group.
12. To create a custom item click on the Plus sign button, enter the item name, and upload a picture or choose from the gallery.
13. Press the Add New Item button to choose the picture from the gallery or take a picture
14. After obtaining the picture, press the Add New Item button to return to Group Screen.
