Ongoing Feedback is a mobile application created to facilitate and promote the Feedback process between employees, suppliers and clients between all of Alpek's business units.

With the application you will be able to:

- Give Feedback: choose competencies, assign a development level for each one and add comments that give value to your coworker's development.

- Request Feedback: send feedback requests for you or one of your subordinates by choosing the appropriate competencies that you consider will benefit you or your team.

- See your requests: check out your sent and received requests. You can also respond to the requests that were sent to you.

- View your feedback history: check all the feedback that has been sent to you and all the feedback you received.

- Scan the QR Code from one of your coworkers to quickly give or request them Feedback!
