OnGuard

OnGuard is an enterprise grade subscription service to monitor the safety status of all your workers. The app provides solutions to the most common problems faced by field workers and their safety supervisors:
- Do you know the safety status and location of your entire workforce?
- How are you notifying workers of potential hazards in their work environment to ensure they are taking appropriate safety measures?
- Will you get notified of a worker in an emergency situation?
- How can you quickly provide an emergency response to a worker in an emergency?
- How can you prove compliance with federal and local safety regulations?
- How can you reduce the impact of safety to your existing operations?

How OnGuard works:
- Workers can see the safety status and location of team members on the map screen
- Workers can see geofences and points of interest on the map that can outline and alert the user of potential hazards
- Workers receive notifications or alerts depending on the severity of the hazard indicated by the geofence they are just entering
- Workers can report a situation of distress through the press of an emergency button
- Workers can enter into Life Check mode, requiring them to check in on a regular basis and thereby meeting regulatory standards for supervisors. Should a worker fail to check in before the scheduled time, their safety status will be escalated to an emergency
- In case of an emergency, an escalation process allows all relevant team members and supervisors to be informed so that emergency responders can be dispatched to the exact location
- OnGuard allows workers in an BYOD environment to turn off monitoring when off work hours to protect their privacy

A subscription includes access to the OnGuard Command Portal to manage your Contacts and Groups, and to allow Dispatchers to manage the safety of their teams.
