OnTap Lawn Services app is a platform that connects Lawn Care contractors with homeowners and businesses on-demand!

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1:
Customers enter their location or auto track location into the “Address” box; review each contractor option available in the area, choose the desired option - there will be 3 lawn types by size. (Standard - Large - Commercial)
Then, the customer confirms the service.


Step 2:
The customer is matched with a lawn care contractor.
A nearby contractor sees and chooses to accept the customer's lawn care request. The customer is automatically notified when the contractor is on the way!


Step 3:
The contractor shows up at the destination/residence.
The contractor and the customer verify each other’s names and the service. Then, the contractor starts the service.


Step 4:
The contractor completes the service.
The contractor will take pictures of the completed lawn services and send them to customers directly in the app.


Step 5:
The contractor and customer leave ratings and reviews.
When the service is complete, contractors and customers can rate each other from 1 to 5 stars. Customers also have the option to give the contractor compliments and a tip directly in the app!
