With the Ontraport Mobile app, you can run your business anywhere you are so you can leave your desk without worrying about missing opportunities.

You can see your newest leads, hottest contacts, latest purchasers and how much money you’re making on the "Today" screen. The app gives you access to the information you need to prepare for a call, draft a follow-up email, take a note after a meeting, or schedule your next task.

There are collections for Contacts, Deals, Companies, and all your other custom objects. There you will be able to perform most of the actions you can find in the desktop app. You can also drill into any of the records to make edits or access specific notes, tasks, and related records.

As a salesperson, you can click the contact's phone number to start a call. Then the app will detect when you're done and prompt you to log the details. Need to schedule another meeting or send a contract you discussed? Click a button to add them to a campaign where your automation will follow up on your behalf.

As a service technician, you can complete the service call task from the job site. This will alert customer service that the job is complete. Then click on the address of the next appointment and get directions right on your phone. You will no longer need to go to the office to update your tasks at the end of the day.
