OpenText Active Documents Mobile

Overview:

The OpenText Active Document app provides Managed Services users the capability to get visibility to Files and Documents transactions status on the Trading Grid (TG). TG Managed services customers can log into the application by using their credentials used for accessing Trading Grid Online portal.

Note that this app is designed to work with the OpenText Trading Grid service only. For more information about OpenText Active Documents please visit http://www.opentext.com.

Available Features:

1. Capability to search for Files and Documents
2. Capability to search based on a specific date range
3. Capability to search based on a relative date range
4. Capability to search based on a specific key of the transaction (primary or secondary keys)
5. Capability to search based on specific attributes like Partner name, partner address, transaction status
5. Drill down to view search results
6. View individual life cycle status
