Optify

Optify helps you to become the best version of yourself by sending you goals every day to complete. The goals range from exercising, building relationships, learning, developing creativity and other activities for general wellbeing!

With Optify, you can customise it to fit your needs. For example, you may choose the number of goals sent to you each day (between 1 and 3) and choose the types of goals you're interested in receiving (exercise, learning, wellbeing, creative, relationships and habits). This means you can progress with goals at a rate suitable for you.

In addition to Optify sending you goals, you can add your own, too. For example, perhaps you want to add 'Cycling' as a goal for exercise. As well as this, you can set which goals you would like to be sent on a daily basis.

Optify was created on the belief that we become the best versions of ourselves by incrementally improving every day by small amounts. Over time, with each challenge completed and habit built, these practices start to compound and you begin to flourish. In addition, even on days where you feel you haven't accomplished everything you wanted to, you can always look back and realise that you did the small things well.
