Oral Care

Oral Care is a mobile app that helps users maintain proper oral hygiene. The app offers a clean and simple interface with three main cleaning modes: tooth brushing, flossing, and tongue cleaning. On the main screen, users see a mouth illustration, current date and time, and buttons for each mode. A timer (default: 2 minutes) tracks each session.

In brushing mode, the mouth is divided into 8 zones. Each zone is highlighted for 15 seconds, guiding the user through the full 2-minute routine. At the end, a message appears: “Congratulations! Your teeth are clean!” Flossing mode includes a short instruction and highlights each space between teeth for 5 seconds. Tongue cleaning lasts 30 seconds, with visual guidance on correct motion.

The “Brushing Technique” section provides detailed tips: brushing at a 45° angle, using a pea-sized amount of toothpaste, replacing your brush every 3–4 months, flossing tips, tongue cleaning advice, and reminders to visit the dentist every 6 months.

The calendar helps plan daily routines, professional cleanings, and toothbrush replacements. Users can set reminders and view completed activities. In settings, users can switch between light/dark themes, enable or disable sound, customize cleaning durations, and access the privacy policy.
