If someone you talked to decides to move into your apartment complex, your apartment will give you money in the form of a rental concession. Your apartment will notify you if you get this reward.

*****GET GIFT CARDS*****
After each conversation, you'll earn points. Save up these points to unlock gift cards. You can earn gift cards regardless if you get a referral.
