Orda
Orda is a platform designed to bring wholesome lunchboxes to schools provided by parents within the school community.

Our aim
We wish to better the eating habits of our students in order to improve their academic and physical performance.

The situation
Throughout our case studies in schools, we came to realize that about 80% of the food our kids were eating in schools was of poor quality and nutrition. Yet the remaining 20% of our kids, were being packed healthy lunch boxes from their parents. Orda is the connecting platform that brings these healthy lunchboxes to the rest of the school through the certified providers (parents and teachers).

How it works
Certified parents and teachers within their respective schools use the friendly Chef App to upload menus. Each meal shows reference information to these meals ie: picture, price, name, allergens etc. Once the meal is posted it will appear on Orda App. The full variety of meals will be displayed on a user friendly daily view of posted meals available. Lunch for our kids is now as easy as scrolling through the available meals, automatically adding to your cart and checking out with a secure online payment (PayPal).
The certified providers will prepare the meals according to the number of orders for their respective days and deliver them fresh at the school’s Orda pod on dropping their kids off.
The dedicated point of contact will then supervise and assist the distribution of the labelled meals to students at break time.
