Ordobike

Ordobike's mission is to make owning a bike less stressful.

Our goal is to increase the chances of a bike theft getting solved, and to help found bikes find their way back to their owners. We aim to reach this goal by increasing the information flow between bike owners (and all other friends of cycling!).

Ordobike utilizes the location of it's users, and can effectively communicate knowledge of stolen or found bikes to the users in a local area. The information spread is faster than in any social media group.

If you are an individual planning to buy a used bike, we can help you make sure you aren't buying a stolen bike. Just check that the biks isn't marked stolen in our service.

In short term thefts, the thief usually abadons the stolen bike in a place where bypassers can spot it. Instead of trying to find the owner of the abandoned bike in a local "stolen bikes" Facebook group, the finder can mark the bike as found in our service, from which the information will quickly reach other users, one of which could be the owner, or friend of the owner.

Ordobike is, and always will be, free to use.
