Odisha Real Estate Regulatory Authority has been established with effect from 7th October 2017 in accordance with the provision under Section-30 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016 enacted through Parliamentary legislation coming into force with effect from 1st May 2017. The Act is designed to regulate and promote, real estate sector through a quasi-judicial institutional mechanism of the Authority. The mandate entrusted to the Authority is to bring in transparency in the real estate sector transactions with primary focus on protecting the interest of consumers. This Mobile App is design to submit the Work progress and QPR status of the projects by Site Engineers and Architect
