For on-the-go or smaller group meetings, Ingentis org.manager [mobile] provides HR personnel and executives with a great tool to display information on the Apple iPad. Suited for daily use, the app gives access to organizational charts as well as deeper level information about departments, employees, and positions. It is an add-on to Ingentis org.manager, which is currently in use with more than 1,600 customers worldwide.

Org and position charts are visualized in a format optimized for iPads. Furthermore, a detail view offers many additional information about org units, positions and employees. It's also possible to integrate charts showing KPIs like span of control or vacancy rate in the detail view. The visualization of the figures is customizable. 

Org units, positions and persons can be found very easily using the quick search feature. The user has a complete phone book/employee directory at hand that always provides the latest data. By enhancing it with data from talent management or from other business areas, Ingentis org.manager becomes the mobile business app everybody is looking for.

The underlying data can be provided by any leading system, such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle, PeopleSoft etc. Thanks to our longtime experience and by combining the app with the web and desktop versions of Ingentis org.manager, accessing data from the leading system is no problem at all.
