OsuChabad

OSU Chabad is the app to have if you visit The Ohio State University Schottenstein Chabad house.
The app offers a fast way to connect to your Jewish roots by showing you the daily Jewish Calendar.
Through this app you will also be able to easily browse our events, and register or check-in electronically (No worries, you can check-in to events after the Shabbos!).

The app allows you to create your profile, so that you will not need to refill your information over and over again - just tap "check-in" or "register", and the on-device information you filled once will be used to set your registration/check-in.

Regarding data and privacy:
1. The information inserted in the personal profile is saved on the device and not accessible by us, until explicitly used to check-in or register for an event.
2. We need you to sign in with your Google account and give us permissions to view Google Calendars; we do not read your calendar, but our shared OSU Chabad one.
3. When registering/unregistering from events you will be asked to give us permissions to your device calendar - this is for us to be able to add or remove the event you registered to to/from your calendar. You are welcome to deny this permission if you do not want events to be added to your device default calendar.
