We know that when you feel sick, the last thing you want to do is leave the house. We know that sometimes it’s hard to figure out if you even need to see a doctor at all. And we definitely know we want to help you before you wind up in the emergency room after hours on a Friday night. Otto is your solution. We’ve integrated our remote video technology with physician group offices to provide personal, community-based experiences for your healthcare needs.

With OTTO, you use high-definition video to speak to your doctor in real-time from your iPhone, iPad, or computer. OTTO allows you to get treated from your home or office, and after hours if you need it. If your doctor is available, you can speak right away. If your doctor is unavailable, you have the option to schedule a video appointment for later, or to video visit one of your doctor’s available colleagues.

**OTTO treats non-urgent illnesses. If you think you have a medical emergency, please call 911.

How it works:
* Download the app
Create an account (either using the app or on ottohealthcare.com)
* Find your doctor or a doctor in your state.
* Make an appointment and provide us with a reason for the visit.
* When it’s time for your appointment (10 minutes before, at most), log in and click on the “My Appointments” icon. You will then be able to wait for your doctor to log on and your video visit will begin.
* Pricing is straightforward. It’s $50 per video visit – a lot less than the average urgent care visit ($155) and the average physician’s visit ($165).
