OtU, or Organising the Unorganised, is a tech-based recruitment platform that also seeks to provide solutions to numerous problems faced by the unorganised workforce in the country.

The app is primarily a recruitment platform for the low-income workers of the country. Prospective employers can post jobs easily and efficiently, and prospective employees are able to quickly apply for a job that suits them. In addition to employment opportunities, the app also offers its users a formal lending facility with its own internal credit score, information on – and matching to – government schemes, skill development through various training programs, and information on healthcare schemes and teleconsultation for the same. In addition to all these services, the app provides a platform for users of similar interests, professions and/or locations to interact with each other for entertainment or business purposes.
