P-COVID19(G)

# Objective:
P-Covid19(G) is a mobile application aims to assist the Cambodia Inter-Ministerial Committee for Covid19 Tracing to:
Manage, control and prevent the spreading of the Covid-19 virus in Cambodia.
Investigate on positive cases, risk citizen and risk locations that have been involved with a positive case, by using collected data from this application and its related system.

# Summary:
P-Covid19(G) is implemented for citizen to create an account and receive a unique QR code for scanning their attendant at visited locations or shops. In case of infected suspicious, user can send Covid-19 test request to the committee. If a user is in quarantine period, she/he will use this mobile application to set their quarantine location and send daily health record to the follow-up team authorized by the committee. App user will be able to view their last 14 days visited locations.

# P-Covid19(G)’s features:
Account creation: Citizen registers a new account by providing name, phone number, ID card number, take a picture of ID Card, take a profile picture, and input 4 digits pin code sent to the provided phone number. If all information is correctly provided, they will be instantly activated to use this application
Account recovery: App users can recover their existing account after logout or changing phone by providing correct phone number and 4 digits pin code sent to his/her phone number
Download QR code: This feature is mainly implemented for unfamiliar mobile users or people who do not possess smart phone to install this application, mostly for elder person. In this case, their family members or defined committee team can help them to create an account, download their QR code, print it out and keep in their wallet; so that they can show it to shop owner for registering their attendant by using the P-Covid19(S).
Record attendant: App users use this application to register their attendant by scanning QR code of visited shops or locations
View last 14 days visited locations: App users can view their last 14 days visited locations.
Covid-19 test request: App users can send test request for Covid-19 to the committee, in case they have involved in any risk cases, for example in contact with Covid-19 positive person or visited risk locations.
Set quarantine location and send detail health records: Quarantined person by the Ministry of Health (MoH) can use this application to set their quarantine location or update quarantine location if they move to another location by unavoidable case. In addition, they use this application to send their daily health record to the follow-up team.
Auto send GPS location for quarantine users under their consent (by signed document): If quarantine users gave their consent in written document to the committee, this application will automatically collect their GPS location. Once MoH team notices to the system administration team that a user’s quarantine period is finished, the system will stop collecting their GPS location data; and all stored location data of this person will be automatically removed.

# Who should use this application?
All Cambodia citizen, especially city people or people who stay around risk locations defined by the committee.

# Applications and administration systems:
Currently, the committee is ready to release four different systems including:
P-Covid19(S) is a mobile application developed for shop or organization owners
P-Covid19(G) is a mobile application developed for citizen
Web administration system is managed and controlled by the committee team
Website which is a replication of the P-Covid19(G) and P-Covid19(S) is developed to response to urgent action while waiting for the release of P-Covid19(G) and P-Covid19(S) in both Apple store.
