FIND YOUR IDEAL PANDO POOL:
- With Pando Pooler, you have the ability to look through the full collection of MiLB and MLB players on the platform.
- Swipe through a collection of potential pool mates and see each player's stats, draft round, and other important information.
- For each player card, swipe left to indicate you're not interested in pooling with them, or swipe right to tell Pando you've found someone you would want to pool with.

NEXT STEPS:
- Pando Pooler displays real-time information about other players who have seen your player card and expressed interest in pooling with you.
- When mutual interest is found between you and another player, Pando Pooler will notify you and give you the opportunity to get in touch with Pando so that we can form pool recommendations that suit your interests.

Pando Pooling provides career protection to people in high volatility careers by allowing them to pool their risk. We group people with similar expected values and get them to pledge a portion of future earnings to a shared pool. This means that if someone in the pool succeeds, everyone shares in the upside. In most other areas of our life we protect ourselves from risk, and we are trying to redefine how people think about career protection.
