A mobile based emergency and incident reporting application developed to serve the South African public and communities. It provides the user with a panic button and links the user to a regional data centre for assistance or relays the alarm to the closest operational data centre and provides the user with relevant information to assist in managing emergencies.
The application offers the user the following features:
· Panic button link to regional data centre
· Ability to Specify the type assistance needed
· Immediate location via GPS
· Up to 10 “In Case of Emergency” (ICE) contacts notified with your location provided
· Incident and crime reporting with GPS pin for location
· Map guidance to find law enforcement, emergency services or related services wherever you may be
· “Follow me” tracking option for emergencies
Once a panic signal is activated the regional data centre will:
· Actively manage the incident
· Access all available information related to the incident
· Identify the closest and mobilise the appropriate emergency and or law enforcement response to manage the incident.
· Provide First responders with all relevant information about the incident

As part of Integrated Incident Management, responder and incident data is centralized for statistical analysis. Artificial intelligence is used to predict, inform and protect the public and communities by reducing response times as every second counts in an emergency. This is done by assisting first responders, emergency services, CPF and the SAPS to firstly know what to expect, where the incident is taking place and to, based on local knowledge, provide the best possible service to their respective communities through resource allocation and management.
