WHAT IS PAPERVAULT?

Designed for investors who want to preserve their digital assets and store securely as a long-term investment, PaperVault is an app for securely and easily generating a cold storage wallet. Your crypto coin’s private/public keys are printed on a piece of paper.

PaperVault is not an online wallet app, you cannot send from the app and we do not hold your keys for you. We cannot access accounts, recover keys, reset passwords, or reverse transactions.

WHY PAPERVAULT?

Exchanges and third-party wallets hold your private keys on your behalf. If something goes wrong with their servers, if they get hacked, or decide to shut down, your coins are gone forever. You should never leave your coins for more than a few days with any hosted or third-party service. Even keeping a live wallet on your phone or your own computer can be risky.

For long-term storage of Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Dash, Monero, Bitcoin Cash, Ripple, Stellar (or giving as gifts) use the PaperVault App. Once the funds are transferred to your paper wallet, your cryptocurrency and private keys are stored offline and protected against hackers and other threats.

PaperVault improves security by removing all live wallet functionality, your private keys are not stored on your device and can only be viewed or printed one time.
