We're on the mission to make failed deliveries and complicated returns a thing of the past and to allow you to decide how, when and where you wish to collect or return all your online purchases and parcels.

This is how you do it:
1) Download the Parcelly app
2) Choose a convenient Parcelly location
3) Shop anywhere online
4) Enter your Parcelly location as delivery address or (if available) select Parcelly as shipping option*
5) Go pick up your parcels (we notify you when your delivery is ready for collection)
