The Parcel Safe mobile app offers you the ability to unlock the full potential of our advanced anti-package theft systems with real-time alerts and notifications, pictures of what’s been delivered and advanced user management controls, including:

• Real-time notifications about connectivity and when the power is off and back on.
• Real-time notifications about who opens the door, when the door is opened, and when it has been closed.
• Real-time notifications and emails when the door’s left open, and when it’s finally closed.
• Real-time notifications and pictures in the Activity screen of what’s been delivered and who delivered it.
• Add or delete users, give specific rights to those users, change access codes (keypad access codes), and when and how many times users have access.
• Change the speaker volume in noisy environments.
• Adjust the LED light brightness that shows things are working properly (green) or there is a problem (red).
• Change the inside camera’s exposure to improve pictures of delivered packages for darker environs.
• Adjust the shock sensor if you want to reduce the number of shock event notifications.
• And for unscheduled deliveries, open the unit remotely from anywhere in the world, if you have a Wi-Fi or cell connection.
