Lost something at Pukkelpop? We can bring it back to you.

For the Pukkelpop festival, Parcify has created a version of the app to help reunite festival attendees with their lost items.

You have lost something, now what?

Step 1
At the entrance of the festival, you can always go to the " Info / Lost & Found" point, which is available from 11am to midnight.
 
Additionally, starting this year, you can also reach us via Facebook of Twitter by using the hashtag # PKP15LOST. Someone from the Parcify team will contact you via direct message to follow-up.

Step 2
Download the Parcify app and log in with your Facebook account to start tracking your lost item. If you haven’t got a Facebook account, we will keep you informed through direct messages on Twitter.

Step 3
All set! Continue to enjoy Pukkelpop and keep an eye on your phone.

Step 4
If your lost item is found, the Parcify team will notify you via the app. You can rest assured that we will personally bring your item back to you. By tapping on your item you can track it in real-time on the map. Keep an eye on the app and look around for someone in a purple “Parcify” t-shirt walking towards you with a purple flag.

Step 5
You’ve got your lost item back! Yay!

We use your GPS position in the background so that we can bring your "Lost & Found" item to your location.
To be able to do this, Parcify needs to know your current location in real-time at Pukkelpop.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
