This app is designed to meet the needs of parents and caregivers who feel isolated and frustrated when trying to meet the challenges of raising children. Information is specific to Kansas. Phone counselors are available 24/7, 365 days a year (there may be a delay after hours as the line is answered by an exchange and transferred to the on-call phone counselor; email/text is monitored Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm.
