What is it about?

In fact, it's not a game at all. Instead, it's a companion app for the best-selling parenting manual "How to Talk So Little Kids Will Listen: A Survival Guide to Life with Children Ages 2-7."

Why we love it

The game is illustrated with charming hand-drawn artwork, lending it a lovely book-like feel. The parenting guidance is organized into different worlds," each containing several stages, just like a real game! Each stage gives you three options in terms of how you want to respond to your child. The right response is often less obvious than you might expect. Whatever choice you make, Parenting Hero will give you feedback explaining the ramifications of your action. You'll also see different outcomes presented in cartoon and text format, so you can observe exactly how the situation is resolved.
