Parker Mobile IoT is a companion app for operators to perform self-diagnostics and to identify the issues in real time and support engineers to help operators to perform diagnostics remotely to resolve the issues in no time.

• Scan for available gateways and allows to establish the communication with selected gateway via Wi-Fi.
• Collect system and communication certificate details.
• View the operational status like Wi-Fi, GPS, Cellular.
• Supports to update certificates.
• Supports to update SOTA (Software over the air).
• Collect diagnostic logs.
How to Use:
• User can login using their Parker Mobile IoT Platform credentials that is powered by Parker OKTA.
• User can scan the nearby Gateways and establish the connection with selected gateway via Wi-Fi.
• Once the Gateway is connected, user can view the operational status (Cellular, GPS, Wi-Fi, etc.) of the Gateway.
