Parking Citation Securty Guard

● The Parking Citation App is used to generate citations for vehicles in violation of parking rules and guidelines as defined by the local government like city or state or a private organization enforcing rules on its premises.

● The App can directly print the citation to a printer or generate a PDF document that can be printed using any print software.

● The App is designed to be printed on 4-inch-wide paper on portable printers. However, it can also be printed on a standard letter size paper using a regular printer.
● The App also supports emailing the parking citation as a PDF document
● The document sent via email can be saved for future reference. We recommended the use of one specific email address that stores all citations. The citations should not be deleted from this email to ensure the business owner complies with the laws regarding storage of these documents for a certain number of years.

● The PDF documents can also be moved to any other storage as needed for storage and retrieval.

● The user can attach photos of the vehicles when the email dialog loads.
● A portable printer that is light and operated by a battery is recommended.
● The printer should be connectable from a cell phone via bluetooth or wifi
● Thermal printer is a great option as there is no need to replace print cartridge etc. and it saves cost.
