Passhoot doesn't have real players and their actual strengths, but also doesn't have resets of player's strengths after every season.
Your team has it's own players which you can contract for many seasons. Scout young players and improve their strengths to make them superstars.

You can manage and improve soccer players strengths like dribbling, passing, shooting, positioning, agility, speed, stamina and many more.

Train the strengths you think a player needs most and decide how you want to improve, e.g.:
- Focus on passing and a player will be more skilled but also more confident in passing.
- Focus on dribbling if you want a player to be more confident and see more dribbling options.
- Train on general exercises to train a combination of strengths.
- Focus on the primary skills a player needs for his role or do you want a player to be able to play multiple roles.

In Passhoot soccer matches are generated based on all the player's strengths, so improving the player has effect on the playstyle of the player.
Passhoot combines a lof of details and data with an online world of soccer managers.
Managing your team is easy. Playing 1-3 times a day with in total 10-15 minutes a day should be sufficient to compete against other managers.
