Patient Oncology Diary

When undergoing cancer treatment, you may suffer from many symptoms due the medication. These symptoms can vary from day to day; and it is difficult to remember which symptoms caused the most pain and severity, between appointments with your Oncologist.

This application makes it easy to report what part of the body and symptom caused the greatest impact by providing the following:

Quick and easy recording of symptoms on a daily basis.
Easily edit daily symptoms if required.
Allows you to add new parts of the anatomy, if not listed.
Allows you to also add new symptoms, that do not currently exist in the system.
Easily identify the worst symptoms for a selected period by graphs.

The application contains a limited number predefined parts of the Anatomy and Symptoms; It will be necessary to add more as you add records.
