Qualified for Care - Our staff is professionally trained and certified as Pet Care Technicians through the International Boarding & Pet Services Association. With this certification, employees obtain a basic understanding of the anatomy and physiology of dogs and cats, how to visually assess the pet, basic behavior, safety and handling techniques, environment, and nutrition.

Trained in First Aid - Because we want you to have a peace of mind when we’re with your pets, we also require every employee to be certified annually in dog and cat first aid.
