With Paybox, businesses choose how much a customer must spend to get rewarded, and what reward they will receive. Once this deal has been created, and relevant information is exchanged between the 'vendor' and Paybox, the business can go ahead and download the Paybox Vendor app and begin to reward customers who spend within the store. Every time a customer makes a purchase and asks to collect their points, the cashier simply needs to generate a unique code from Paybox Vendor app and give it to the customer, which will confirm that points have been added. They can either show the code to the customer, add it onto the receipt or send it in an email or text. Every code generated is unique and expires within 30 minutes, making the system secure and efficient. Rewards are redeemed in the same way, but in this case the customer generates the code and shows it to the vendor, who enters it into the Paybox Vendor app. Both the customer and the vendor can view the history of transactions, and points collected and rewards redeemed.
The Paybox Vendor app allows all associated businesses to log in and view their dashboard, giving them unique insights into their customers' spending habits and allowing them to drive their business. Premium features also include being able to send push notifications to nearby users and the ability to create exclusive deals and campaigns and promote them to Paybox users. With Paybox Vendor, multiple sites can be added to one business account, and progress of different branches can be tracked individually.
