The PAYLOADcustomer app has 2 core features built into it: LOGISTICS and COMMODITIES.

Under logistics, Transporters move your goods from one point to another with ease and efficiency. The customer in need of transport simply registers for free, logs in and is ready to go! Once logged in, you simply post a load you need moved between two points and transporters registered on the PAYLOADowner platform interested in moving your cargo will make an offer. The customer then chooses a suitable transporter based on price and truck description shown to them. Once you have chosen a transporter of your choice all relevant details to drop off and and pick up will be shared with the transporter. The transporter then shares that information with a particular driver and truck they have registered on the platform. With all the relevant information at hand, all the customer has to do is wait for they goods or cargo to arrive at the drop off destination. At this point the truck driver and owner can directly call the customer if they need any more information relating to the drop off. The app also has a secure card payment, mobile money option and also cash on delivery option. The app will also feature a chat function in order to send relevant documents between all the parties involved. Finally, once an order is accepted by the truck owner a 4 digit pin is generated on the PAYLOADcustomer app. Once the driver drops of the goods or cargo at the delivery destination the 4 digit pin will be entered by the driver on the PAYLOADdriver app. Each order created generates this unique 4 digit pin which is an extra security measure put in place in order to confirm that the goods have been delivered to the correct person and destination. Only that unique pin closes that particular order.

Under commodities a list of different commodities will be available. An ever increasing and interesting commodity list will be available for the customers convenience. In this part of the app the customer selects which vendor he wants goods from. They simply select the goods they require and enter the drop off destination with all other relevant details pertaining to dropping off the goods. The customers have a payment option of card payment, mobile money option or cash on delivery option. Finally, once an order has been generated a 4 digit pin is generated on the PAYLOADcustomer app. Once the driver drops of the goods or cargo at the delivery destination the 4 digit pin will be entered by the driver on the PAYLOADdriver app. Each order created generates this unique 4 digit pin which is an extra security measure put in place in order to confirm that the goods have been delivered to the correct person and destination.
