PayUP by UnderPinned is the future of payments, it is Quicker, Safer, Cheaper.
Protect yourself and your payments with:
- No commission or transaction fees
- No physical contact
- Secure
- Instant
- No transaction limit
How it works:
1. Open the App, type an amount and reference, and click ‘create payment’. This will create a unique payment link and a QR code for in-person payments.
2. Send the PayUP link via the ‘share’ button or present your screen with the QR code.
3. The person paying clicks the link or scans your screen with no need for them to have the app.
4. They accept the payment and the money will be in your bank account instantly. This takes about 25 seconds from start to finish.
How is it Quicker, Safer, and Cheaper?
Quicker - We don’t touch your money so it never gets delayed, the money goes straight to your bank account. Payments are instant whether they are made in-person or online.
Safer - No physical contact is required for payments of any value (no contactless payment cap). We don’t use cards, which means no potential for card fraud. PayUP works alongside your bank, so payments are just as secure as a bank transfer.
Cheaper - To support freelancers and businesses, UnderPinned has made PayUP completely free to use. This will last until at least December 2020.
Once fees are reintroduced in 2021, they will be well below the alternatives. Fees will be charged on a monthly basis and never equate to more than 1%, capped at £100 per month. For more information see the 'pricing' page inside the app.
