PB engage, Public Bank’s mobile app is the first multilingual mobile banking app in Malaysia. It is a seamless extension of PBe internet banking crafted for savvy consumers who are always on-the-go. Enjoy easy access to your accounts and manage your finances anytime, anywhere.

PB engage suite of services include:

Account Summary
Check your balances account in real time.

Quick Balance*
Quick Balance provides you with a quick and easy way to view your account balances with login via your fingerprint.
With Quick Balance, you can view your Savings/Current Account, Credit Card Balances, Loan/Financing Account and Fixed Deposit Accounts.
*This feature is only available on devices that comes with a fingerprint scanner

Fund Transfer
Perform fund transfer to your favourite and other accounts using Intrabank, IBG or Instant Transfer services.

*New fund transfer service: DuitNow
DuitNow allows you to send funds instantly to the recipients' DuitNow ID (e.g: mobile number, NRIC, passport number) instead of a bank account number.
Register your DuitNow ID with Public Bank today and enjoy the convenience of DuitNow!

Payment
Perform payment to favourite and other Bills, PB Credit Card or PB Loan / Financing accounts.

PB engage is in three languages (English, Bahasa Malaysia or Simplified Chinese) of your choosing.

PB engage is available to Public Bank Berhad/Public Islamic Bank Berhad customers only.


The app will seek permissions for the following:
• Access to your contact directory to give you the convenience to select your contacts when you sent PB eGift.
• Access to your photo, media and files for PB engage to store PB eGift packets.
• Access to your device’s storage to give you the option to store the PB engage app in a SD Card.
• Access to your location to find the nearest Public Bank branches.
