Instructions:
~ Input reaction volume using the slider.

~Input sample number to two decimal places

~Input volume of template DNA to be added to PCR tubes.

~(Volume of ingredients calculated also takes into account a varied volume of template DNA)

~Once Calculate is pressed volume of mM ingredients is displayed in an easy to interpret table format.
